The Nürnberger Bratwurst is a raw pure pork sausage and like all our other products, made without any artificial preservatives. It's shelf life is only about 5 days and it really needs to be chilled almost all the time. The Nürnberger Bratwurst can handle the heat only on your BBQ or in your frying pan. We proudly call them the country's best breakfast sausage. Enjoy them and you'll agree.
