The Schinkenknacker is the big brother of our Bockwurst. This smoked pure pork sausage has all the attributes to be a BBQ Champion. Another option is to place them in boiling water, turn the heat off and simmer for 10 minutes.
There are approx. 10 sausages in a kilo.
