LyonerThis is our first challenge to describe the Queen of our Aufschnittwurst
assortment without using the word Luncheon. Lyoner is made of pure pork,
with a selection of fine spices. Every child that comes in our shop gets a
slice of Lyoner. We try to get them hooked and they love it on their school
sandwiches.

SchinkenwurstYou already know how to translate Wurst. Schinken means nothing other than
Ham. The Schinkenwurst has an inset of coarse-grained lean pork ham. There
is a little bit more kick in the spices. Not too hot, just right.

BierschinkenThe best-seller in our Aufschnittwurst range. Its meaty look makes it very
special. Large chunks of lean pork is a feast for your eyes. The
Bierschinken is very popular for platters. Sorry - it does not contain
beer, however always goes well with a glass of your favourite beer.
